Does pasta grow on trees?

Marlene Olivares-Dahlby is a dietician at The Central Hospital in Sweden. She and colleague Christina Svanström reported Dr Annika Dahlkvist to The Social Department. They belive Dahlqvists advising her patients to eat an extremely low-carbohydrate diet jeopardize patient health.
- The body can not withstand high levels of fat or protein at any time by either fat or protein. Carbohydrates are the body's natural energy source, "says Marlene Olivares-Dahlby.
This makes me wonder what naturally occured in nature 10 000 years ago: Pasta, bread or perhaps danish?
