I went to the gym yesterday. The first time since I started with LCHF. I know I have more energy but, I was shocked. It took me 3.5 minutes to row what I used to row in 5 minutes (in calories). And I ran twice as much as I normally do. I could've kept going, but my legs were burning. My lungs were fine though. So I left the gym after a 45 minutes workout with more energy than when I got there. :)
