Soon I'm below 100 kilos. Great to weigh in both kilos and pounds for me, that way I can have new goals all the time! Reached 15 pounds today! Next goal double digits in kilos! Should reach that either tomorrow or on Sunday.
15 lbs in 22 days. Sick! And I don't even feel like I'm on a diet. If anything, I have to force myself to eat my daily calories. The general advice is to eat when you are hungry with LCHF, but I noticed I eat too little when I do. Much too little. The scale tells me it doesn't like when I "starve" myself. When I do, I either don't move or gain. The body knows better then my brain. And, I don't work out at all. I wanted to get past the initial transition period. Fatigue is a common side effect initially, when the body adjusts to fat instead of carbs. I'm starting to feel like I have passed that stage and have a lot more energy. Time to hit the gym!
I haven't been this excited or felt this good since I was in my early twenties!!!
