1 can of tuna with oil
6 tbsp creme fraiche (sour cream works as well, or natural yoghurt)
1 tbsp mayonnaise (the full fat one 80-90% fat)
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp dill, chopped
Drain the excess oil from the tuna. Mix it all together. Done!
Eat with omelet or in a salad.
