Our health depots require far more careful eating than that! It requires that you eat food not based on refined food with nutrient lacking carbohydrates. Food which humans have consumed for a very long time. Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, nuts, fruit, oils and other food which doesn´t get any room on your plate after the flour-mafia has occupied your entire meal with sticky pasta.
